UCF's win over Memphis pushed the Knights win streak over the Tigers to 8. It marks the longest consecutive win run by UCF over an opponent. The Knights can duplicate the feat of 8 in a row in a series against Marshall this week.

Latavius Murray's 83 yard run for a score was the second longest run from scrimmage. Kevin Smith posted an 87 yard score against Marshall in 2007.

Punter Jamie Boyle averaged 48.0 yards per punt including one downed at the Memphis one yard line. Boyle also ran for 33 yards after Memphis attempted a block late in the game and Boyle was able to get away and scamper down the field.

AJ Bouye's 79 yard fumble return for a touchdown and interception came in front of family and friends who made the trip to the Liberty Bowl.

Marshall fans are calling it the biggest game in their CUSA history when UCF visits Huntington this Saturday. The Herd is 3-4, 2-1 after a thumping of Southern Miss, 59-34. During UCF's seven game win streak over Marshall the most points allowed by the UCF defense is 22

This week's fun fact about UCF's opponent highlights how the school got its name. Marshall University is named after John Marshall, fourth Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court.

Radio coverage, on the UCF/IMG Radio Network, for UCF and Marshall will begin at 6 p.m. from Huntington, West Virginia on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m.
