Knight Bear Awards

11/20/2014 Each week the UCF track & field and cross country team recognizes outstanding performances. The Knight Bear award is given to individuals who have had great accomplishments both on the course and in the classroom. This week, two Knight Bear awards were given.

Record Day

11/14/2014 There were plenty of personal records and program-bests for the Knights Friday as the UCF cross country team placed 14th out of 29 teams at the NCAA South Region Championships in Tallahassee.

Postseason Push

11/13/2014 The UCF cross country team will continue its run in the postseason this Friday, as the Knights head to Tallahassee for the NCAA South Regional Championships. The team is coming off of a fourth place finish in last weekend's American Athletic Conference Championship.

Knights Place Fourth

10/31/2014 The UCF cross country took on unfamiliar temperatures in the 40s in Oklahoma to place fourth for the second straight year at the American Athletic Conference Championship Friday.

Championship Mindset

10/30/2014 After a solid regular season, the UCF cross country team looks to encapsulate all they have accomplished, as they turn their focus towards competing for the top prize in the league. The Knights will head to Broken Arrow, Okla., to compete for the conference crown in the American Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships Friday..
