Truly a Senior Day for Baseball in 2013 Home Finale

All seven runs were driven in by seniors.

-Finished career second all-time at UCF with 49 starts while totaling 17 wins on the mound
-Wrapped up senior season with a 4-8 record in 17 appearances in 14 starts with 4.54 ERA
-Struck out three batters in 5 2/3 innings during his second all-time start against No.17 Florida (2/19)
-Tossed 5.0 innings at No. 24 Miami and allowed four hits with three strikeouts (3/6)
-Allowed three runs and struck out four in 6.0 innings of work vs. Florida A&M (3/12)
-Earned his first win of the season after striking out five and allowing no-earned runs in 5.2 innings against Columbia (3/17)
-Ended the run-ruled contest over Marshall (4/21) surrendering just three hits, no walks and striking out four in his second-career complete game and first UCF shutout since 2006
-Strung together six frames of five-hit ball with two unearned runs, five hits, one walk and five strikeouts in the win over Houston (4/28)

-Four-year varsity pitcher for coach Rodney Beatty at University High School
-Holds the all-time career wins record for the school with 23
-Voted most valuable player as a senior
-Struck out 229 in 199.0 career innings pitched, walking only 36
-All-county honoree as a sophomore and a junior after winning seven games each season
-All-Metro Conference Second Team in 2008 after striking out 85 batters
-University had over 20 wins and advanced to the Sweet Sixteen in the state tournament from 2007-08
-Helped FTB Mizuno win the 2009 USSSA National Championship
-Member of the Central Florida Renegades that played in the 2008 World Wood Bat Association World Championship
