Prior to UCF -Manned the outfield for two years at Lower Columbia College under head coach Donegal Fergus -Made the All-NWAACC Tournament First Team in freshman year and made this sensational catch that was nominated for "Best Play" at the ESPY's -As a sophomore at Lower Columbia, earned first team west division honors and a spot on the All-NWAACC Second Team while earning a gold glove for his strong play in the outfield -A 2011 graduate of Great St. Helens High School, he was named to the GSHL First Team in both his junior and senior seasons -Earned a gold glove for his defense in right field his junior year and one in centerfield his senior campaign
