-Led Mount Dora to the state final for the first time in school history in 2011
-Went 11-1 on the mound with a 0.86 ERA and 116 strikeouts in 66 innings pitched as a senior
-Named to the 2011 PG National Top Prospect List and was ranked in the Top 100 by Baseball America
-Was the first high school pitcher to participate in the Central Florida Collegiate Summer League, where he led the league in strikeouts
-Played summer ball for the Orlando Scorpions
-Earned an invitation to the 2011 East Coast Pro Showcase
-Participated in the USA Baseball Tournament of Stars and the WWBA World Championship and was a member of the Florida Diamond Club
