A legend of sorts around these part for nearly 45 years, the Citronaut, is coming out of retirement.

This lovable, unofficial mascot of Florida Technological University that first appeared on the 1968-69 student handbook will get his day in the sun when the baseball team takes on Presbyterian at 4 p.m. on May 10.

A 2002 graduate of UCF, Associate Director of NASA's Kennedy Space Center Kelvin Manning, will throw out the first pitch on Saturday.
