After leading UCF back to the postseason for the first time since 2004, Rooney and his staff are aiming to guide the Knights to a deeper run in 2012 and need the support from all UCF baseball fans and supporters.
"I am pleased to announce the kickoff of our 2012 Dugout Club enrollment," Rooney said. "I started this organization as a means to bring together baseball supporters to enhance our program, both on and off the field. It has been a tremendous success and I invite all area baseball fans to join us as we approach the start of another baseball season."
New to this year's donation levels is the student/young alumni grouping at $25.00 dollars which will get those 25 years or younger a weekly E-newsletter to go along with a UCF baseball t-shirt. Starting at the Double Level ($250.00-plus) fans will be allowed to attend "In The Dugout" every Friday night, which will permit entrance to the VIP hospitality room for refreshments and a series preview from coach Rooney.
Opening Day is set for Friday, Feb. 17, with the season schedule expected to debut soon.
