Two Knights - Keith Clanton (10 points, 10 rebounds) and Dave Diakite (10 points, 11 rebounds) - recorded double-doubles in the win over the Bison. Both players registered career highs in points and boards.
Seven of Diakite's boards came on the offensive end.
Clanton added three blocks in the victory.
Taylor Young's 15 points were a career-best for the junior. He went 7-of-8 at the free-throw line.
A.J. Rompza matched a career high with four steals.
The Knights shot 82.6 percent from the charity stripe, making 19-of-23 attempts.
The contest was played in front of 5,216 fans, the 11th-largest crowd in school history.
The win marked the Knights' 19-consecutive victory at home during the month of November. The team's last home loss in November came in 1999.
UCF and Howard were meeting for the first time since 1989. The series is now tied at 2-2.
The Bison are one of two Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference teams that the Knights will meet this year. On Dec. 12, UCF will host Bethune-Cookman.
