ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - For the past month, UCF students have had the opportunity to vote for the design of this year's Knightmare t-shirt. A new look has been selected, and shirts will be distributed to students on Jan. 13, when the Knights host Marshall for a Conference USA contest at the UCF Arena.
Over 1,000 students voted on UCFAthletics.com to select this season's look. Sixty-four percent of the votes came in for shirt choice number one (see photo on right).
UCF's student section at the UCF Arena is dubbed The Knightmare. Students are encouraged to wear their Knightmare shirt to each home contest.
The Knights' (6-1) next home game is Dec. 12 against Bethune-Cookman at 5 p.m.
Before facing the Wildcats, UCF has a big test this Sunday. The Knights will leave Florida for the first time this season when they play at Notre Dame at noon. The Fighting Irish are 7-1 and are receiving votes in both national polls.

The site, which also contains ticket and Golden Knights Club donor information, is also the home of UCF's new online apparel store. Notes: Notre Dame is one of three BIG EAST programs that the Knights will face on the road this month. The squad is also scheduled to play at USF (Dec. 16) and Connecticut (Dec. 20)... UCF's foes are shooting just 27.9 percent from 3-point range. That mark ranks second in Conference USA.
