CAREER: In 2009, became the first UCF linebacker since 2003 to post at least 100 tackles...As a Knight, Hogue dominated with 275 total tackles despite having an injury in 2008...Played in three bowl games as a Knight...Hogue played in the 2005 Sheraton Hawaii Bowl, started in the 2007 AutoZone Liberty Bowl and completed four tackles vs. Rutgers in the St. Petersburg Bowl.

SENIOR SEASON (2009): Played in all 13 games and ranked first on the team as the defensive leader with 103 total tackles, with 11 for a loss...A team captain...Had 59 solo tackles with 44 assists and two sacks...Completed 12 tackles at Southern Miss (Sept. 12), at Texas (Nov. 7) and at UAB (Nov.28)... Forced two fumbles vs. Rice (Oct. 24)...Had an interception vs. Memphis (Oct. 30)...Helped the team to a win vs. Houston (Nov. 14) with 10 total tackles.

MEDICAL REDSHIRT SENIOR SEASON (2008): Named to the Preseason All-Conference USA Fourth Team ... Returned from lower leg injury to see his first action of season vs. USF (Sept. 6) forcing a fumble, recording six solo tackles and a tackle for a loss of six yards ... Recorded eight total tackles, including five solo vs. Boston College (Sept. 20), and also had two tackles for losses ... Totaled six tackles, assisted on a tackle for a loss, and also broke up a pass and got a QB hurry vs. UTEP (Sept. 27) ... Was diagnosed with compartment syndrome in left leg and received medical redshirt for rest of the season.

JUNIOR SEASON (2007): Returned to the starting line-up vs. Memphis (Sept. 22) after missing the first two games of the season ... Recorded two tackles vs. the Tigers, highlighted by one for a loss of 10 yards ... Led the UCF defense, along with Joe Burnett, with seven tackles and also added a pass break-up against Louisiana (Sept. 29) ... Notched six takedowns, a pass break-up and 1.5 tackles for a loss, including a sack of five yards at East Carolina (Oct. 6) ... Amassed 10 tackles, including nine solo stops and one tackle for a loss, at USF (Oct. 13) ... Posted five tackles to help UCF defeat Tulsa (Oct. 20) ... Had four tackles and a pass break-up at Southern Miss (Oct. 28) ...Collected four takedowns vs. Marshall (Nov. 3) ... Against Villanova (Sept. 2), led the team with eight solo tackles and finished with a career-high total of 11 ... Added a tackle for a loss of two yards ... Recorded three solo tackles and one assisted tackle at Florida (Sept. 9) ...Tallied his first career sack along with three solo tackles and two assists vs. USF (Sept. 16) ... Recorded five tackles, including one solo tackle and half a sack vs. Southern Miss (Sept. 26) ... Had seven total tackles, six assisted and one solo in a 23-22 win at Marshall (Oct. 4) ...
