George O'Leary Opening Statement:

I'm happy for the players. I thought they worked hard this week. It was a win that was needed. We just need to continue playing one game at a time. The key in any season is your conference and we have a big one coming up next week. When we get takeaways and we don't turn it over, we have a chance to be a solid football team.

On coming off a big loss:
I just told the football team before the game, setbacks don't develop character, it exposes it. The kids took the challenge this week from everyone and I think they knew they just had to go out and stick together.

On the offensive performance of Kyle Israel:
I thought he played well. He finally threw the ball with some conviction and confidence and made some key third down plays for us. You can't say enough about Kevin Smith with some of the runs he ripped off. I'm happy for the team. I thought they worked extremely hard during the week and I think it showed today.

#7 Quarterback Kyle Israel:
I felt really comfortable out there. I think a lot of that had to do with my mindset going in the game. I felt like everyone was against me and I felt like I had something to prove tonight.

#49 DE Bruce Miller:
During the season, coach has been challenging us a lot to put pressure on the quarterback. The coaches have been challenging us all week and that's a must for the defense. We have to do our part and I think we did that tonight. We have been missing turnovers on defense, but we picked that up too in this game and that was a big part in the win. It changed the momentum and I think we did a good job of that tonight.
