ORLANDO, Fla. - In what has grown into one of UCF Athletics' most popular annual events, UCF Football's Signing Day Party will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 3 at the UCF Arena. For the first time in the event's history, the Signing Day Party will be open to the public.

Next season starts now for the Knights. Much like the signees which head coach George O'Leary and his staff will be telling the crowd about, fans will be able to show their personal commitment to being a part of the Knights' team at the party and sign their own National Letter of Intent to support the Knights in 2010 on their quest for a Conference USA Championship.

Golden Knights Club donors, Bronze level ($1,000) or higher, are invited to attend a pre-event social in the upper concourse of the arena beginning at 4:30 p.m. These donors can RSVP by e-mailing goldenknightsclub@athletics.ucf.edu or by calling (407) 823-2086.

At 5:30 p.m., The Arena will open concessions for the public, serving select food and beverages. The evening's program commences from the arena floor at 6 p.m., covering all you need to know about the Knights' newest football signees straight from coach O'Leary and the UCF football coaching staff. The Voice of the Knights, Marc Daniels, will emcee the festivities.

Free parking will be available in garages F and D.

There will also be a silent auction, as well as appearances by the UCF spirit squad and Knightro. The Jammin' Knights will also be on-hand to perform prior to the event.

UCF Knights Insider, John Denton, and the staff at UCFAthletics.com will be on-hand all day long starting at 7 a.m. with official and immediate news of each player's signing. Make sure to follow the @UCF_FootballSID Twitter account to be the first to learn all the big news as National Letters of Intent are received and approved.
