ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Storing the pads away Thursday, UCF conducted its 14th and final practice of spring camp on the outdoor fields. Typically the last session of the spring is a closed walk-thru in Nicholson Fieldhouse, but the Knights instead used the time to get important work done.
"I was pleased for the most part with the attitude and the effort in spring practices," head coach George O'Leary said. "We have to have a good, competitive spring game, and head into the offseason with a great conditioning program."
Up next is the annual UCF Spring Football Game at 2 p.m. at Bright House Networks Stadium. Festivities include a student tailgate in IOA Plaza and pregame stadium tours. The GKC also will hold a complimentary RSVP reception in the club level for $1,750 (Excalibur) donors and up. For more information on the reception, call the GKC office at 407-UCF-2086.
If you cannot make it out to the contest, tune into 740-AM the Game on the UCF IMG Sports Network for all of the action.
Plan your game days with the Knights, and experience one of the best schedules in program history in the best available seat locations at Bright House Networks Stadium. 2013 season tickets start at $99. To secure your UCF football season tickets, visit UCFAthletics.com or call 407-UCF-1000.
