ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Bright House Networks Stadium's concourse filled up quickly and remained entertained throughout the evening for Tuesday's free Hometown Huddle presented by the GKC (Golden Knights Club). During the event inside the recruiting lounge, UCF unveiled its new jerseys for the 2013 season, as well as an unfinished design for an alternate helmet.
Fans were treated to free food, games and giveaways before Head Coach George O'Leary and the Voice of the Knights Marc Daniels discussed the upcoming campaign, and then answered questions from fans as well.
The next big event on the UCF football schedule will be the return of the Women's Clinic sponsored by the Orlando Sentinel on June 6. More details will be announced soon. When August rolls into town, this year's Countdown to Kickoff Luncheon is scheduled for Aug. 15, while the extremely popular UCF Football FanFest will take place Aug. 17.
UCF kicks off its inaugural campaign in the American Athletic Conference at home against Akron Sept. 29, and also will host South Carolina in non-conference play Sept. 28.
