ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - UCF fans will have the opportunity to learn more about the Knights from head coach George O'Leary each week during his radio show. The one-hour program on the UCF-ISP Sports Network and its flagship station WQTM - 740 The Team debuts Thursday and is broadcast live each week from the Buffalo Wild Wings in Waterford Lakes at 6 p.m.
The show, which features questions from UCF supporters, is hosted by the Knights' radio play-by-play voice, Marc Daniels. This week, O'Leary and Daniels will offer a preview of UCF's season opener at NC State on Saturday.
Fans can call-in to ask O'Leary questions at 407-916-8255 or 1-800-729-8255.
"We're excited about having a great partner for our show," said Daniels. "Buffalo Wild Wings is the perfect setting for Knights fans to gather and talk UCF Football. We've got great prizes, great food and a great atmosphere every week."
The 2007 campaign will mark the first year that the program will air from Buffalo Wild Wings.
For shows during the week of a UCF home game, a fan in attendance at the program will win a 42-inch plasma television, courtesy of Buffalo Wild Wings. Fans must be in attendance to register for the opportunity to win the television. Six televisions will be given away during the season.
"Buffalo Wild Wings is honored to be a part of UCF's first football season at Bright House Networks Stadium," said owner Andy Gross. "We send our best wishes to coach O'Leary and the entire team for a great season."
