ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - In the first American Athletic Conference game in the history of both schools, UCF will travel to Memphis Saturday, Oct. 5, and game time has been announced for 4:30 p.m. ET on ESPN3.

The Knights own an 8-1 record in the all-time series with the Tigers, with Memphis winning the first meeting in Tennessee in 1990. When UCF joined Conference USA, it proceeded to defeat Memphis in all eight games in league play from 2005-12.

Before UCF (3-0) clashes with the Tigers, it will host No. 12/13 South Carolina Saturday at noon at Bright House Networks Stadium on ABC. The game is presented by CFE Federal Credit Union, and it will be parents and family weekend as well.

For Memphis, it stands at 1-2 with losses to Duke and Middle Tennessee only to post a win against Arkansas State Sept. 21. It will enjoy a bye this week leading up to the tilt with UCF in October.

Plan your game days this fall with the Knights and experience one of the best schedules in program history. And games are better in groups. Order tickets today online or call 407-UCF-1000.
