ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - As the UCF football team tirelessly works toward its upcoming Conference USA tilt vs. Southern Miss Saturday at 8 p.m. at Bright House Networks Stadium, the Knights still made sure to find time to give back to the community this week.

Visiting Joan Walker Elementary School in Chuluota Tuesday, senior offensive guard Theo Goins and senior H-back Brendan Kelly joined UCF rower Andrea Hebditch as they met with local children during the school's Family Fun Night. The Knights helped support the reading all-stars program by not only discussing the importance of diving into a good book, but also reading to the youngsters as well.

This year has been very eventful for the Black and Gold in the Orlando community. In September, members of the UCF program took part in the Sunrise Elementary School (Kissimmee) Back to Football Friday & Fuel Up to Play 60 event. Also in 2012, the Knights met with the UCF Creative School for Children, fifth graders from East Lake Elementary and students at Jackson Heights Middle School.

UCF football single-game tickets start at just $25. Order today by calling the UCF Ticket Office at (407) UCF-1000 or visit UCFAthletics.com. Attending a UCF football game is a great way to celebrate birthdays, corporate outings or any special occasion. Please ask about group packages today.
