Frequently Asked Questions - Football Postseason Tickets

When is my credit card charged? Pre-selected ticket orders during the presale period simply reserves your order for that potential game. Your credit card is only charged if UCF qualifies for that game.

How many postseason tickets can I purchase? Four (4) or the number of football season tickets on your account (whichever is higher). Additional tickets above your allotment may be requested (subject to availability).

Will I get my season ticket location for the C-USA Championship Game? Season ticket holders will guarantee their regular season seat location if orders are submitted during the presale period. Additional C-USA Championship tickets beyond your season ticket quantity will be allocated as close to your season ticket locations as possible.

How are bowl game seats allocated? Ticket allocation for bowl games are filled based upon GKC point ranking.

How will I get my postseason tickets? C-USA Championship Game tickets will be distributed using the print-at-home feature. Bowl game tickets are shipped via UPS.

Are there preferred hotels or travel accommodations & tailgate events available? UCF Athletics doesn’t sell an all-inclusive travel package, but information including preferred hotels and a schedule of events will be available on immediately after the Bowl Selection Show Sunday, Dec. 2.

How do my friend and I sit together? For season ticket holders that would like to reserve seats with other accounts, please indicate your personal preference at time of reservation (note that seat locations will be assigned at the priority level of the lowest account holder).

Parking: As a reminder, all previously issued 2012 UCF football season parking passes included an orange-colored parking pass for the C-USA Championship Game (Game 7). Additional single-game parking is available for purchase in Garage C (advance purchase only) and Garage H (game day only) for $20. Free parking for the general public is available on campus in the red and blue zones, which can be viewed by visiting
