ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - The postseason awards continued to pile up for UCF as the Sporting News honored seven Knights Friday with spots on its All-American Athletic Conference Team. Picking up the two major accolades, head coach George O'Leary was named the Coach of the Year and Blake Bortles grabbed Player of the Year by the media outlet.

Two days earlier, the league's head coaches voted on this year's awards, and O'Leary was The American's Coach of the Year while Bortles was tagged as the Offensive Player of the Year.

No. 15 UCF will report back to campus Monday to begin preparing for the 2014 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl Jan. 1 against No. 6 Baylor. Both schools carry 11-1 records and won their respective conference championships.
