SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. ( - No. 15 UCF is in Arizona for the second time in program history (at Arizona State in 2002) after its flight landed in Phoenix Thursday a little after 1 p.m. MT for the 2014 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl Jan. 1. On Friday, the Knights got to work.

-UCF left the hotel a little before 11 a.m. MT and took the short drive over to Pinnacle High School for its first practice of bowl week. The Knights have locker rooms for the coaches, travel roster and the show team, and they were also able to hit the weight room as well.
-"We got a lot of work done," head coach George O'Leary said after the session. "And we will continue working until gameday and get the players ready to compete."
-Coach O'Leary also gave appreciation to the hospitality in Arizona: "It's a beautiful property, the Fairmont is. It's so big and large and there's so many things to do for the families. It's really a nice visit, and everything's available for the players. The Fiesta Bowl people have gone out of their way to make sure we thoroughly enjoy ourselves here."

What to Look For
-Saturday will be a very busy day for the Knights.
-A select group of student-athletes will take part in an FCA breakfast in the morning, while Charlie Taaffe, Blake Bortles, Storm Johnson, Jordan McCray and Justin McCray will head to the offensive press conference at the Camelback Inn.

-UCF also will practice in the afternoon at Pinnacle High School.
-In the evening, members of the Knights will visit the Phoenix Children's Hospital before the team holds its annual dinner and awards banquet.
-For fans already in Arizona, there will be the Fiesta Bowl Parade from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. MT, and has all of the information.
