SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. ( - More than 20 television cameras were just a small part of one of the biggest media days the UCF football program has been a part of in its history. The Camelback Inn was swarming with press covering the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, and the Knights enjoyed every second.

-UCF conducted its final full practice of the 2013 season on Monday, as the Knights worked out for about an hour on the grass field at Pinnacle High School.
-After the session, a team dinner at Fogo de Chao was on tap, while coaches and administrators enjoyed the Tostitos Kick Off Party.

What to Look For
-On the eve of the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, George O'Leary will take part in the head coach's press conference at the Camelback Inn. Coverage will begin at 8:30 a.m. on
-The Knights will visit University of Phoenix Stadium for the first time in the afternoon for a brief walk-thru, before going back to Pinnacle for their full pregame walk-thru.
-The Countdown to the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl Radio Show presented by Orlando-Sanford International Airport on 740 AM in Orlando is back on the air Tuesday from 1-2:30 p.m. MT (3-4:30 p.m. ET). This episode will air at the Blue 32 Sports Grille at 7000 E. Mayo Blvd. in Phoenix. Director of Athletics Todd Stansbury and more will join the Voice of the Knights Marc Daniels.
