ORLANDO, Fla. - The UCF men's soccer team begins a two-game road trip on Saturday at Barry University at 3 p.m. The Knights are looking to regroup after dropping a 1-0 decision to FIT on March 21 at their practice field.

"In the end, our match against FIT was a little disappointing," head soccer coach Bryan Cunningham said. "We did not put forth the effort that we had done in prior matches. The players understand that and are excited about the next two opportunities to make the most of our spring. We want to finish on a high note and make sure that our training is translating to match performance."

Junior defenseman Anton Sealey discusses the progress that UCF has made this spring in the video to the right He breaks down the mentality that the Knights have on defense and the importance of being patient of offense.

After facing Barry, the Knights conclude spring competition by traveling to Jacksonville on April 5. UCF holds its annual Alumni Match on April 12 at 9:30 a.m. on its practice field.
