ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - With only five Conference USA games left on the schedule, the UCF men's soccer team begins an important stretch Sunday afternoon at home when they welcome C-USA leading Marshall to the UCF Soccer Complex at 2:30 p.m.

The Knights enter the game at 5-4-2 overall and 1-2-0 in C-USA action. With Tuesday's convincing 4-2 win over Mercer, UCF has now won its past two games. Marshall has an unblemished 3-0-0 league record to accompany a 7-4-1 overall mark. A victory over the Thundering Herd will provide UCF a huge boost towards the team's chances of making the four-team C-USA Tournament in November.

Sunday's contest will be televised CBS College Sports on tape delay. The broadcast of the game against the Thundering Herd will air on Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 7 p.m at CBS College Sports, while the same production will also air on Bright House Sports Network on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 8 p.m.

Jason Knapp and Shep Messing will be on the call for CBS College Sports, with Knapp handling the play-by-play duties and Messing serving as the color analyst.

In conjunction with the game, UCF and the Student Government Association have worked together to guarantee the first 500 students in attendance on Sunday with a ticket to the homecoming concert featuring T-Pain. Students must have a valid UCF I.D. in order to obtain the concert ticket.

With four goals Tuesday, UCF has 18 on the season and has already surpassed last season's goal total. Freshman Nicholas Robson (Auckland, New Zealand) leads the team in both goals (four) and assists (five).

Marshall comes to Orlando after defeating Charleston 1-0 on Wednesday night. The Thundering Herd has been led this season by Dustin Dawes, who has tallied six goals in 2009.
