ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The remaining portion of the UCF women's basketball team's schedule will be aired live in its entirety on one of Orlando's ESPN radio affiliates, WHOO 1080 AM The Team or WAMT 1190 AM ESPN Deportes, head coach Joi Williams announced Thursday.

The broadcast schedule will include each of the Knights' home and away Conference USA contests, including this weekend's away contests at Marshall and East Carolina. UCF will play at Marshall at 7 p.m. and East Carolina Sunday at 3 p.m., with both games airing live on WAMT 1190 AM. Scott Adams will be on the call for both games, with broadcasts set to begin 15 minutes prior to tip-off.

After the C-USA regular season concludes, the radio broadcasts will continue to follow the Knights through postseason play, including their run as the defending champions in the C-USA Tournament.

"This is an exciting step in the continued growth of our program," said Williams. "The broadcasts will give our fans and supporters the chance to follow us throughout the season, at home and on the road, as well as giving us a radio presence in the Central Florida area. I would like to thank our administration, ISP and Scott Adams for their effort."

Those not in the Central Florida area can catch the action online by logging onto www.1190wamt.com and clicking on the respective listen live links for either 1080 AM or 1190 AM. Stay tuned for a complete schedule of which affiliate will be carrying each game throughout the season.

After the opening C-USA games this weekend, UCF returns to Orlando to begin a three-game homestand. The homestand includes the 10K Gold Rush, a nationally-televised ESPN2 game on Sunday, Jan. 17 at 5 p.m. against UAB. The Knights need your help to pack the UCF Arena and set a new attendance record. Tickets will be free for all fans in attendance.

Season and single-game tickets are currently available with the UCF Ticket Office. Knight fans can purchase season tickets for each of the team's 14 home games for just $39. For more information on purchasing tickets, contact the UCF ticket office at (407) 823-1000.
