2006-07: Rowed with the second varsity eight most of the season...defeated Iowa, Kansas State and Texas at the Longhorn Invitational...won the Petrakis Cup title...beat Duke in dual competition at Virginia...captured the gold medal in the event at the SIRA Championship...also took top honors in the open four petite final at the Aramark South/Central Sprints.
2005-06: Rowed with the varsity squad...defeated Michigan as a member of the varsity four boat...sat sixth seat in junior varsity eight that took second at the Governor's Cup...picked up wins over host Clemson and North Carolina...earned a victory over Miami at the FIRA Championship. 2004-05: Rowed primarily as bow seat in the varsity four...earned gold at the Petrakis Cup...picked up third at the FIRA Championship.
2003-04: Raced with the varsity squad at the FIRA Fall Classic...also rowed with the novice squad.
Prior to UCF: Graduated from North Catholic High School in 2004...four-year letterwinner on the rowing squad...also on the leadership team...an honor roll member.
Personal: Born in Pittsburgh, Pa....daughter of Gosta Frantz and Leslie Slagel...major is political science.
