ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - As the conclusion of the regular season starts to draw near for the UCF women's soccer team, senior goalkeeper Aline Reis (Campinas, Brazil) has been sensational in the net for the Knights. Reis has recorded four-consecutive shutouts.

Reis has not surrendered a goal since UCF tied Colorado College, 1-1, on Oct. 2.

On the year, she has held seven opponents without a goal as Reis is quickly moving up the UCF career shutouts chart. Reis now ranks fourth in the category with 25 career shutouts. She began the campaign tied for seventh.

Up next on the list is Heather Brann, who recorded 29.5 shutouts from 1991-94. Alyssa O'Brien (1995-98) is second with 30.0, and Karen Richter is first all-time in the category with 30.5 shutouts.

Reis shined as UCF played to a scoreless, double-overtime draw at Houston Sunday. The senior recorded eight saves. Reis ranks third in Conference USA with eight shutouts. She is second in the league and 47th in the nation in goals against average (.798).

Reis and the Knights will play a pair of matches at home this weekend. The squad hosts UAB Friday at 7 p.m. at the UCF Soccer Complex, before closing its regular-season home slate Sunday vs. Memphis at 1 p.m.
