Second Season at UCF
Tracy Riepenhoff begins her second season as a member of the UCF softball coaching staff in 2007. Riepenhoff serves as the Golden Knights' pitching coach and aids head coach Renee Luers-Gillispie in recruiting, working with the catchers and serving as the summer camp coordinator.
In just her first season, Riepenhoff helped Allison Kime blossom into one of the top pitchers in Conference USA. A transfer from Hillsborough Community College, Kime set UCF's single-season strikeout mark with 222, which also placed her second in Conference USA. Her 1.64 ERA ranked third highest by a UCF pitcher in one season.
Riepenhoff came to UCF after a three-year assistant coaching stint at Stetson. While at Stetson, she served as the pitching coach and summer camp coordinator.
In her three years with the Hatters, Riepenhoff coached one first team All-Atlantic Sun pitcher, while her 2003 pitching staff was seventh in the nation with a team ERA of 1.13.
As a student-athlete at the University of Toledo, Riepenhoff was a four-year letterwinner on the Rockets softball team as a pitcher, middle infielder and an outfielder. Riepenhoff graduated from Toledo with bachelor's degree in adolescent education and history in May 2002. She earned her master's degree in education from Stetson in 2005.
A native of Lima, Ohio, Riepenhoff married Stetson assistant men's basketball coach Jon Coffman during the summer of 2006.
