MEMPHIS, Tenn. (UCFAthletics.com) - The UCF softball team continues Conference USA action on the road with a three-game series this weekend against Memphis on Saturday and Sunday at the Tigers Softball Complex. The Knights hold the all-time series advantage with an 11-10 record; however, the Tigers are 7-2 against UCF in Memphis and swept the Knights in Tennessee in 2007 and 2011.

The Knights (22-21, 4-11 C-USA) will play the Tigers (18-27, 6-9) in a Saturday doubleheader at 2 and 4 p.m. ET. On Sunday, UCF will close the series with the rubber match at 1 p.m.

UCF fans can follow all of the weekend action on Memphis All-Access with live video. Fans can also follow all three contests on UCFAthletics.com Gametracker as well as in-game updates on the Knights’ official Twitter account www.twitter.com/UCF_Softball.

Memphis senior outfielder Lelani Bernardino leads the team with a .388 on-base percentage and has a seven-game hitting streak entering the series. Senior infielder Morgan Mosby leads the team with a .307 batting average and a .407 slugging percentage. She has driven in a team-best 17 RBI with 15 runs scored.

Last season, UCF took the series in Orlando by winning two of the three games. The Knights had a come-from-behind, walk off 8-7 win in game one followed by a 7-4 win in game two. The Black and Gold were unable to complete the sweep after falling 3-0 in the finale.

The Black and Gold have three remaining home games at the UCF Softball Complex, with single game tickets available for purchase online at UCFAthletics.com and Ticketmaster.com, or by calling the UCF Athletics Ticket Office at 407-823-1000.
