Raced to a fourth place showing in the 60m hurdles at the Gladstein Invitational...missed two meets due to injury...ran on the 4x400m relay team that took seventh at the C-USA Indoor Championship...opened the outdoor season with a third-place showing in the 400m at 57.39 during the USF Invitational...finished eighth in the 400m hurdles (63.84) at the Disney Invitational...won the 400m hurdles and qualified for her third consecutive NCAA Regional with a time of 1:00.79 at the FSU Relays...also ran the anchor leg for the 4x200m relay team that broke the school record at the same meet...went 1:02.62 in the 400m hurdles and was a member of the 4x400m relay team that ran 3:48.79 at the Florida Relays...finished the 200m in 25.51 and the 100m hurdles in 14.60 at the Miami Elite Invitational...took fourth in the 100m hurdles at 14.55 during the Golden Knight Twilight...ran the 400m hurdles in 59.60 to earn sixth place and all-conference honors at the C-USA Outdoor Championship...effort ranks second all-time at UCF...also went 14.17 to capture fourth in the 100m hurdles at the conference meet...competed in the 400m hurdles in the NCAA East Regional.

Opened the indoor season with a 59.14 time in the 400m dash at the Florida Intercollegiate...followed that with a fourth place showing in the 60m hurdles (8.90) at UNC Fast Times...ran on the 4x400m relay team that took fourth at the UF Pepsi Invitational...set school record in the indoor 400m event with a time of 57.50 and placed seventh at the Tiger Classic...also broke the school record in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.71 during the C-USA Championship preliminaries...finished sixth in the event finals the following day...also took fifth as a member of the 4x400m relay team at the conference meet... placed fifth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 60.09 in her outdoor debut at the UF Diet Pepsi Classic...ran a personal best and NCAA qualifying time of 60.80 in 400m hurdles at the Texas Relays...posted a time of 55.60 in the 400m at the Miami Elite Invitational...placed third in the 400m hurdles and ran on the school record-breaking 4x400m relay (3:44.62) that took third at the C-USA Championship...earned C-USA all-conference honors in the 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay...competed at the NCAA East Regional.
2005... Placed seventh in the 400m event at 59.61 and ninth in the 55m hurdles with a time of 8.19 at the Florida Intercollegiate...was sixth in the 60m hurdles at the Carolina Classic...grabbed ninth in the 55m hurdles at the Gator Invitational...captured the 400m hurdle title (63.06) and finished third in the 100m hurdles (14.67) at the UCF Invitational...won the 400m hurdles (62.40) at the Disney Relays...took second in the gold 400m hurdles (62.26) and fourth in the garnet 100m hurdles (14.52) at the FSU Relays...earned third in the 400m hurdles at 63.44 at the USF Brighthouse Invitational...won the Atlantic Sun title in the triple jump (38-2.75) and captured the bronze medal in the 400m hurdles (62.25)...received all-conference honors for both efforts...finished second in the 400m hurdles (63.32) at the Golden Knight Twilight...sprinted to a fourth place showing in the 400m hurdles (61.18) at the Seminole Twilight...qualified but did not compete at the NCAA East Regional...Atlantic Sun All-Academic Team.
Prior to UCF... Captained the track and field team for three seasons at Oak Ridge High School...won the state title in the 300m hurdles in 2004...finished fourth in the 100m hurdles and seventh in the triple jump at that same state meet...ranked 12th in the nation in the 300m hurdles during the 2004 season...helped Oak Ridge High School win the state title during her senior year...earned all-state, all-county and all-metro honors...named team MVP and won the coaches' achievement award...also captained the cross country team for two seasons...twice received the OHS All-Around Athlete Award...excelled in the classroom as well...member of the National Honor Society...named a finalist for the scholar-athlete award...volunteered over 100 hours of her time at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Personal... Born in Orlando...daughter of Victor and Sharon Chin...sister, Diana, was also a highly decorated member of the Golden Knight track and field team...major is molecular/microbiology.
