What is the "Be an Early Bird" 2014 season ticket campaign? "Be an Early Bird" is a promotion for current or new football season ticket holders to show their support and renew or purchase new 2014 season tickets!

The first 150 current season ticket holders to renew in full receive two (2) pregame sideline passes to a 2014 home game.

All "Early Birds" who purchase new or renew 2014 season tickets by Feb. 4th, 2014, receive an exclusive Bright House Networks stadium tour and one (1) complimentary ticket (per season seat) to the 2014 Football Spring Game on April 12th.

Why is there a "Be an Early Bird" 2014 season ticket campaign? An earlier season ticket campaign maximizes the time and fan excitement for UCF Athletics to prospect new season ticket holders! The "Be an Early Bird" campaign is an optional promotion for current season ticket holders. Current season ticket holders can certainly renew your seats during the official renewal period beginning Feb. 5th. Renewing your 2014 season tickets earlier than past years extends the payment plan to lower your monthly sum.

Who are the 2014 American Athletic Conference football members? UCF, Cincinnati, Connecticut, East Carolina, Houston, Memphis, SMU, USF, Temple, Tulane and Tulsa.

What's the 2014 Football home schedule? Independent power BYU, Tulsa, SMU, Tulane, Temple and a non-conference game.

When will UCF have confirmed dates & times for the 2014 football season? Dates then times are determined by the American Athletic Conference and our television partners. Kickoff times for non-conference games are often confirmed in June or July. Conference games can be selected by television partners up to 6 days prior to gameday. Visit ucfknights.com, @ucfknights or facebook.com/ucfknights for the latest official information.

Did pricing in the seating bowl increase from last season? No. In appreciation of increased Knights fans' season ticket support, donation levels and ticket prices in the seating bowl are the same as 2013.

If I purchased 2013 football season tickets, when can I renew my seats for 2014? 2014 season ticket renewals can be placed during the "Be an Early Bird" campaign beginning December 8th.

You can also renew during the official 2014 football season ticket renewal period beginning Feb. 5th, 9am.

2013 football season ticket holders can renew now online or call 407-UCF-1000.

What happens if I don't renew my season tickets before the Apr. 30th renewal deadline? After the Apr. 30th deadline, non-renewed seats become available to other fans. 2013 season ticket holders now have twelve (12) weeks during the official renewal period to renew their same seat locations for the 2014 season. After Apr. 30th, we begin processing relocation requests from renewed season ticket holders who wish to improve their seat location or add seats to their account.

How do I add or improve my football seats? In your UCF Account Manager or on your Fan Statement, please check your interest in seat upgrades or additions. New this year, season ticket holders will receive an online appointment time. During or after your appointment time, season ticket holders will have the opportunity to view seat upgrade options or seat availability to add season tickets to your account.

Online seat relocation appointments begin May 26th and are assigned in Golden Knights Club (GKC) priority point ranking order. More details to come this spring.

For online seat relocation appointment questions, contact Ticket Operations (after Feb. 5th):

When do new season tickets go on sale? New season tickets for the general public are available during the "Be an Early Bird" campaign beginning Dec. 8th. New seat locations available to the general public will not affect potential seat upgrades/relocations placed by current season ticket holders. The general public can purchase select inventory in $140 or $99/$49 season ticket sections.
The general public can order new season tickets online or call 407-UCF-1000.

What is the Golden Knights Club (GKC)? The GKC is the official fundraising arm of UCF Athletics and provides a way for individuals to help our talented young people receive a quality education and competitive athletic experience. To provide such important opportunities requires incredible commitment from a generous group of supporters. The GKC provides a unique opportunity for individuals to play a vital role in the growth and success of UCF Athletics.

Why do some season ticket packages have a donation and ticket price? Ticket donations provide fans a tax deductible gift as part of your ticket purchase while serving to support resources for our student-athletes.

Do all season tickets include a donation to the GKC? No, some sections are non-priority and apply one (1) ticket price (i.e. $180, $140 or $99, $49 youth), however GKC seating includes exclusive benefits like parking. For more information on GKC priority seats, call 407-UCF-1000 or email tickets@athletics.ucf.edu.

How do I inquire about premium seating (suites & club seats)? For more information on premium seating, call Matt Kommer at (407) 882-2871 or mkommer@athletics.ucf.edu.

How do I get parking benefits with my season tickets? All annual donations of $100+ to the GKC qualify season ticket holders to receive priority Gold Zone parking.

When do I renew or upgrade my parking benefits? The 2014 GKC Gold Zone Parking structure will be completed prior to the UCF Football Renewal Period in February.  Parking assignments will be based on donor's Annual Giving to the GKC and their number of football season tickets.

Why should I buy my tickets directly from UCF Athletics? Purchasing tickets directly from UCF Athletics ensures your investment is secure, legitimate and offers season ticket holders several, exclusive season ticket holder benefits. Ordering tickets from UCF Athletics also directly supports our student-athletes.

Is there a payment plan option? Yes, new extended monthly payment plans are now available from January – June 2014. Initial payment is charged (not before Jan. 15th) at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments are then charged on the 15th of each month (or closest business day to the 15th).

When do away game tickets go on sale? May. Season ticket holders, GKC donors and UCF students receive the first opportunity to buy away game tickets. Away game seats are allocated by GKC priority point ranking.

When will I receive my season tickets? Season tickets are shipped in mid-August. Remember to update your postal information in My UCF Account Manager by June 2nd.

If I can't attend a game, can I forward my tickets to friends or sell them? Yes. UCF Account Manager allows you to easily and securely manage tickets you can't use. Tickets can be emailed to recipients for free. UCF Account Manager can also securely post your tickets for resale. Season ticket holder accounts are credited toward future purchases when single-game tickets are sold via UCF Account Manager.
