Ticket Office Operations
The UCFAA Ticket Office conducts ticketing for six of the Knights' varsity sports: football, volleyball, men's & women's basketball, baseball and
softball. Attendance to all other home varsity events is free to the public for regular season contests. The ticket office also handles
post-season tournament ticket requests.

Hours of Operation
The ticket office is located on the west side of Bright House Networks Stadium, next to the entrance of the Roth Tower. Regular business
hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Shipping and Will Call Information
All ticket orders placed 10 or more business days prior to the game will be mailed unless the purchaser requests the tickets to be left at
Will Call. All orders placed less than 10 business days prior to the game will automatically be in Will Call. A photo ID will be required to
receive the tickets. Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can
do so at Will Call. Please note, the ticket office will not be responsible for any drop off will call that cannot be found.
Will Call (Day of Game)
Football - tickets may be claimed at the West Ticket Office (Gate 1) at Bright House Networks Stadium beginning 6 hours prior to
kick-off. Will Call will open at 8am for games that kick-off at 3:30pm or earlier.
Men's Basketball - tickets may be claimed at the UCF Arena Box Office beginning 60 minutes prior to tip-off.
Women's Basketball - tickets may be claimed at the UCF Arena Box Office beginning 60 minutes prior to tip-off.
Baseball - tickets may be claimed at the ticket booth located at Jay Bergman Field beginning 60 minutes prior to the first
Softball - tickets may be claimed at the ticket booth located at the Softball complex beginning 60 minutes prior to the first
Volleyball - tickets may be claimed at the ticket booth located at The Venue beginning 60 minutes prior to the first match.
Will Call (Advance)
Will Call tickets for all UCF sports may be picked up prior to the game at the main ticket office on the West Side of Bright House Networks
Stadium during normal business hours.
Children/Infant Admission Policy
Everyone age two (2) years and older must have a ticket to enter any UCF Athletics venue. Children under two
(2) are admitted free but must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.
Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the UCFAA Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day
of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
The UCFAA Ticket Office accepts Cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa for all ticket orders. Checks are acceptable in
advance only and may be made payable to: University of Central Florida Athletics Association, Inc. All orders will have a processing fee
assessed. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Prohibited Actions and Items
To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable visit to our various athletics venues, guests are not permitted to bring the following
items into the respective facilities:
Aerosol cans (hair spray, mace, pepper spray, etc.)
Horns, whistles or artificial noisemakers
Bags (grocery, duffle, backpacks, luggage, large bags, large purses, large camera cases, etc.) 8 1/2" x 14" x 10" is maximum size
Balloons (air or helium)
Banners and flags
Balls (beach balls, footballs, baseballs, etc.)
Coolers (hard or soft sided)
Confetti or glitter
Food and drink
Personal chair back seats
Strollers (A stroller check-in is located at Gate 18)
Video cameras or Camcorders
Still cameras (professional) with lenses over five inches long and/or 50mm and above
Weapons. No weapons are allowed in the Stadium. Possession of a firearm or any other weapon is strictly forbidden. Possession of
such a weapon will result in immediate confiscation, ejection and possible arrest.
The following items will be permitted after inspection:
Binoculars and binocular cases
Cameras and small camera cases (must comply with the camera/lens limits)
Diaper bags (only if accompanied by a child)
Small bags, purses and fanny packs (must comply with the bag limits)
Small radios (must be used with an earpiece)
Please note that all personal belongings will be subject to inspection upon entry into the venue. Prohibited items that are discovered
during security inspections at the venue entrances must either be returned to the owner's vehicle or discarded. With an exception to
children's strollers, items will not be held for later pickup. Unlawful items that are discovered during inspections are subject to being
confiscated, and the person in possession of those items is subject to ejection and/or arrest.
All tickets should be treated like cash. The UCFAA Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. A $5 reprint fee will be
charged for any lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Replacements will only be issued for reserved season tickets and requested the week of the
event. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have
duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the ticket office if
you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date
or time change.
Change of Address
To ensure that mailings from the UCFAA reach you in a timely manner, all changes of address must be made in writing by mail or email:
email@example.com. Current season ticket holders may also change their account information by logging in to their season ticket
account manager via www.UCFAthletics.com. Emails and other written requests should include the following:
Customer Account ID (if available)
Previous contact information (including mailing address, phone and email)
Current contact information
It is your responsibility to inform the UCFAA Ticket Office of any changes in your address before the deadline. All season tickets and
subsequent information will be sent to the address on file at that time.
If address changes are made after the posted deadline for a particular sport, those tickets may be mailed to the old address on file. To
verify the deadline for each season please contact the UCFAA Ticket Office. Deadlines change annually based on the season start date and
ticket shipment date.
